Location
At
the end of our road is our local shopping centre with excellent
range of restaurants, food shops, chemists, etc. At the other end
of the street is the local railway station which is 5 minutes to
Cardiff centre.
Our house is fully modernized. We have three reception rooms (two
lounges and one dining room) laundry room, kitchen, downstairs
cloakroom, very large and impressive entrance hall. Upstairs we
have 4 bedrooms, one en-suite and one family bathroom. One of the
bedrooms is used as a study with fast access to internet. It is
a quiet area. The garden is full of cottage plants with a large
lawn area at the back.
We
also have an apartment in Marbella, Spain that can also be used
for exchange.

We
are in our 50s and have both retired. I
am an ex-University lecturer and my wife is an ex-teacher who
now invests
in property in Cardiff Bay. We have two children, one is a vet
and the other is a teacher. We do
not have pets and do not smoke. We enjoy dining out and going
to the theatre.
Cardiff
is a vibrant capital city with world class attractions, a thriving
cultural scene and famous historical sites like St Fagan’s
Welsh Folk Museum, Cardiff Castle, Caerphilly Castle and Castel Coch.
