To get a homeowners insurance quote

The period your property was built
Your postcode
Your property type (i.e. terraced, maisonette, bungalow etc.)
How many bedrooms your property has
Whether you are a member of a Neighbourhood Watch Scheme
Details of any alarm fitted to your property
Details of the type of locks fitted to your doors and windows e.g. 5 lever mortice deadlock
How many years you have been claim free on Buildings, Contents or both
